- 15 years general field experience including drilling and production knowledge.
- 5 years of direct supervision of workovers and completions including deep, multi stage and high pressure wells.
- Ability to manage operations in the absence of the Completion Superintendent.
- Must have good math, computer, verbal and written skills.
- Ability to multi task and schedule projects with competing demands.
- Ability to work with Safety and Environmental staff to properly manage these efforts.
- Acceptable driving record.
