- High School graduate with two years of college or technical school in IT-related coursework required; Bachelor's degree in IT field preferred;
- Minimum of 5 years programming experience required;
- Minimum of 5 years iSeries experience required;
- Basic understanding of network fundamentals required;
- Strong customer service orientation required;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required;
- High level of self-motivation and ability to efficiently prioritize and execute tasks required;
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous responsibilities required;
- Previous oil and gas experience preferred.
