- B.S. degree in Business Management or related degree required;
- 10+ years industry experience required;
- AAPL “Registered Land Professional” designation (or greater) preferred;
- Experience in various North American basins; Rocky Mountain experience strongly preferred;
- Competent to serve as a technical expert on complex land activities;
- Proven ability to lead or direct projects and supply technical expertise and leadership to team;
- Proficient in writing and negotiating contracts;
- Proven history of successfully managing and negotiating complex land issues and joint ventures;
- Proven history of maintaining and nurturing business contacts;
- Prior experience working for a major and a large independent.
