Business Opportunities
Many companies have development or rotational programs for business professionals. Samson has a history of developing this talent organically -- with resounding success. Not only do we encourage our business professionals to transfer to different areas of accounting for a diversity of experience, but we'll mentor and train you along the way. Samson provides in-house and external training courses for all employees that qualify for continuing professional education (CPE) credit. We'll also reimburse you for CPA, CMA and CFA exam fees and the cost of an appropriate review course.
Technical Opportunities
Through our Technical Development Programs in Engineering, Land, and Geology and Geophysics Samson meets the needs of our talented professionals early in their careers. Our programs provide individually tailored training and development, fluid rotations, and mentors so that you are prepared for success while an Advisory Team oversees each program to ensure continuity and continual progress.
